Our products
What we sell.
Book a scoping call
A 20-minute call to work out what you need built and whether we are the right team for it. Anything we build after that is scoped in writing first, with deliverables and milestones agreed before work starts.
Local SEO Rank Tracker
A web application for tracking search rankings across multiple keywords and locations. Currently in private development; public waitlist open.
Details on each one are on the products page.
How we work
How an engagement runs.
What happens between the first call and the day you take over the code.
A call, then a written scope
Every engagement starts with a 20-minute call about what the software has to do, who will use it and what it needs to connect to. If an off-the-shelf tool already does the job, we will tell you. If there is something worth building, it goes in writing before anyone writes code: a statement of work (SOW) with the deliverables, the milestones and an estimate of the effort. Contracts are a master services agreement plus that SOW, with an NDA on request and a DPA for work that touches customer data.
Billing that follows the work
Builds are billed on time and materials against the written scope. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer. Scope changes go through a written change order before the extra work starts. The one fixed-price option is ClearShip: acceptance criteria are signed first, and you get a full refund if we miss the spec.
Working software along the way
We usually build in two-week sprints. Each sprint ends with working software on a URL you can open, and between sprints you get a written progress update every week.
Handover
When the work ships, the source code, the infrastructure and the documentation are yours. You can run it, change it or bring in another team without asking us. Ongoing support is optional, on a retainer.

What we have built.
Three recent builds, each written up in full on the case studies page.
Dalmia Resorts International
An internal member records system, built in 2023 on React, Node.js and MongoDB. About 20,000 timeshare member records moved from paper files into one database covering 12 resorts. The support team finds a member in under 30 seconds instead of about 15 minutes, and no correction changes a record until a second person approves it.
A multi-tenant healthcare marketplace in India
Hospitals onboard their doctors, and patients book, pay for and join video consultations with them. We built the web app, the API and an Android app between May and September 2026, with each hospital's data kept apart in PostgreSQL. The web app is live in beta, and the Android app is in internal testing.
Montage India
An online marketplace for stock video, images and audio. We built the first version in 2024 and started rebuilding it on NestJS, PostgreSQL and AWS in June 2025. About 15 TB of footage on Montage India's NAS is now moving to AWS through the rebuilt pipeline.
Where we work from
We work from our office in New Delhi, near Saket Metro Station, with clients in India, the United States, the Middle East and Europe. US clients get a daily overlap window with Eastern and Central hours for calls, and written updates for everything else.
