AI Operations Audit

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the AI Operations Audit. If you are not satisfied with your audit report, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To request a refund, email pankaj.kumar@metageeks.tech with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Products

For SaaS subscription products, you may cancel at any time. Refunds are pro-rated based on unused time in the current billing period.

Non-Refundable Items

Refund requests made after the 7-day window for the Audit are not eligible for refund. Downloaded digital products that have been accessed cannot be returned.

Enterprise Engagements

Custom enterprise engagements are governed by separate signed agreements. Refund terms for these engagements are specified in the individual contract.
