1. Digital Products

Metageeks provides digital products including the AI Operations Audit (delivered as a PDF report) and software-as-a-service tools. All purchases are for digital products delivered electronically.

2. Delivery

The AI Operations Audit is delivered within 5-7 business days of purchase and completion of the intake form. Reports are delivered via email as PDF documents.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or share your audit report with third parties without written consent. You may use the report for internal business purposes only.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and materials provided by Metageeks are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the purchased products for your internal business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Metageeks' liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
