By purchasing or using a Metageeks product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use our products.
What we sell
Metageeks Technologies sells digital products to small and mid-sized businesses. Our flagship product is the AI Profit Leak Audit — a 30-page PDF report identifying AI automation opportunities for your business, delivered electronically. We also operate (or are developing) software-as-a-service tools such as the Local SEO Rank Tracker. All purchases are for digital products delivered electronically.
Payment and billing
Purchases are billed via invoice issued by Metageeks Technologies. Applicable taxes are added on the invoice in line with the customer's jurisdiction. Your relationship for both payment and product fulfilment is with Metageeks Technologies.
Delivery
The AI Profit Leak Audit is delivered as a PDF report within 5–7 business days of purchase and completion of the intake form. Subscription products grant access per the documentation of the specific product. We deliver to the email address you provide at checkout.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or sublicense audit reports without our written permission; reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt our software products; or use our products for any unlawful purpose. The audit report is licensed to your business for internal use only.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights to our products, methodologies, templates, and content. On purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased products for your business' internal operations.
Refunds
Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. The AI Profit Leak Audit carries a 7-day money-back guarantee.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunity.
Disclaimer
Audit recommendations are based on the information you provide and our analysis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, savings, or revenue. Implementing any recommendation is at your discretion and risk.
Termination
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive termination of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our products will be resolved in the courts located in Delhi, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
