Metageeks Technologies (“Metageeks”, “we”, “us”) is a software company headquartered in Delhi, India. We sell digital AI products to small and mid-sized businesses globally. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

Information we collect
When you purchase a product: name, email address, company, and any information you provide in product intake forms (for example, the AI Profit Leak Audit asks about your operations, tools, and workflows). Billing details — invoicing address, tax IDs — are collected as part of the manual invoice flow. We do not see or store full card numbers; payment is settled through your bank or payment provider directly.
When you visit our website: standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer URL, pages accessed), and device, usage, and approximate-location data collected through cookies and similar technologies. We use both analytics tools (Google Analytics, PostHog) and advertisingtechnologies (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure marketing performance and show you relevant ads, including remarketing. You control these through our consent banner — see the “Cookies and your choices” section below.

How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the products you purchase, provide customer support, send transactional email (order confirmations, delivery notifications, refund updates), respond to your inquiries, and improve our products and website. If you opt in, we may also send you product updates. We do not use audit intake data to train AI models.

Sharing your information
We do not sell personal data for money. We share information with the service and advertising providers below, only as needed to operate our business and market our products:
Resend — transactional email delivery. AWS Amplify — website hosting and CDN. Google(Analytics & Ads) — website analytics, ad measurement, and remarketing. Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) — ad measurement and remarketing. LinkedIn (Insight Tag) — ad measurement and remarketing. PostHog — product and website analytics.
When these advertising technologies are active, the data they receive may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain US state laws. You can opt out at any time — see “Your US state privacy rights” below. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and your choices
We use three categories of cookies and similar technologies:
Strictly necessary — required for the site to function; always on. Analytics — Google Analytics and PostHog, to understand how the site is used. Advertising — Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure campaigns and show relevant ads.
In the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland we ask for your opt-in consent before any analytics or advertising technologies load. In the United States and elsewhere, these run by default and you may opt out at any time. You can change your choices whenever you like using (in the footer) or your browser settings. We also recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC)browser signal as a valid opt-out of advertising/“sale” and “sharing.”

Data retention
Order and billing records: retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Audit intake data: retained for 2 years to support follow-up and improvements; deleted earlier on request. Marketing email subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs: retained for 90 days.

Your rights
Subject to your local law, you have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, withdraw consent for marketing, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Your US state privacy rights
If you are a US resident, your state may give you the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising (for example under the California CCPA/CPRA and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states).
To opt out of advertising cookies and data sharing, use and turn off Advertising, or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser — we honor it automatically. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. International transfers
Metageeks is based in India. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in India and in the countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). Billing data submitted as part of an invoice is processed in India in line with applicable cross-border transfer rules.

Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and minimal data retention. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

Children's privacy
Our products are designed for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email.
