Who we are
Metageeks Technologies (“Metageeks”, “we”, “us”) is a software company headquartered in Delhi, India. We sell digital AI products to small and mid-sized businesses globally. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

Information we collect
When you purchase a product: name, email address, company, and any information you provide in product intake forms (for example, the AI Profit Leak Audit asks about your operations, tools, and workflows). Billing details — invoicing address, tax IDs — are collected as part of the manual invoice flow. We do not see or store full card numbers; payment is settled through your bank or payment provider directly.
When you visit our website: standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer URL, pages accessed), and cookies for session management and aggregate analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the products you purchase, provide customer support, send transactional email (order confirmations, delivery notifications, refund updates), respond to your inquiries, and improve our products and website. If you opt in, we may also send you product updates. We do not use audit intake data to train AI models.

Sharing your information
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with the following service providers, and only as needed to operate our business:
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Vercel — website hosting and CDN.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session management and basic analytics. We do not place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

Data retention
Order and billing records: retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Audit intake data: retained for 2 years to support follow-up and improvements; deleted earlier on request. Marketing email subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs: retained for 90 days.

Your rights
Subject to your local law, you have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, withdraw consent for marketing, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise any right, email

International transfers
Metageeks is based in India. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in India and in the countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). Billing data submitted as part of an invoice is processed in India in line with applicable cross-border transfer rules.

Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and minimal data retention. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

Children's privacy
Our products are designed for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email.
